"I am in constant pursuit of creating a feeling that is best described as the intersection of glamour and decadence. This feeling is most often found with musicians, but every once in awhile I’ll stumble across a film and/or character that fits that description perfectly. Such is the case with “Fight Club” and Brad Pitt’s character Tyler Durden.

The film is extremely dark, brutal, gritty and uses a decrepit house, dive bars, empty parking lots and dungeon like basements as the main backdrops. These dark scenes, juxtaposed with extremely cool wardrobe choices like Tyler’s red leather jacket, feather coats on both Tyler and Marla, and glamourous over the top sunglasses, creates that perfect blend of glamour and decadence. As far as I’m concerned, this film and this character are as rock n’ roll as any musician I’ve ever painted." -Stickman
