ORIGINAL BIALETTI INDUCTION PLATE

Bialetti developed this plate to allow you to use a standard aluminum alloy moka pot on an induction hob. We've found that induction-specific stove tops are problematic with their hobs, causing a pulsing and on/off current when in use. This plate eliminates any issues with eratic brewing performance and means you can still use your stove top as you would over a conventional heat source.

• For the espresso maker from Bialetti with a size of up to 6 cups
• Stainless steel plate
• Handle made of heat-resistant borosilicate
• Diameter: 13 cm
• Length incl. Handle approx. 25.5 cm

Application:

• Place the product on the heat source
• Place the prepared coffee pot on the plate for use
• Turn on the induction plate to a medium strength
• Switch off the induction plate after preparation and remove the coffee pot from the plate
